I wasn't sure what to expect from this cart but it met my needs perfectly!
It may be inexpensive but it is fairly solid.

Olympia Tools 85-184 600 Lb. Capacity, 2 Shelf Steel Cart: After researching many steel carts in this price range and reading all other reviews, I decided to purchase this model. When it arrived the packaging had no instructions on putting it together, but that was not a hindrance, installation was comparatively easy if you have the patience fastening all the 48 nuts, bolts and lock-washers. After installing all the hardware you now can appreciate the durability of this well constructed 2 shelf cart. If your intention is to employ this cart to haul many heavy tools or other bulky equipment, you can rest assure you made the right choice. If it's for light duty chores (carting cleaning products, small household items etc, it's a bit overkill; I would then recommend one of the other cheaper 2 shelf carts with no weight capacity displayed. On the other hand, if you want a cart that will last without falling apart after rigorous use/abuse, stick with Olympia 85-184. The 4 wheels, 2 stationary and 2 swivel are very well constructed of hard rubber/heavy steel and should withstand many years of severe use along with the 2 steel shelves. In my experience stay away from the all plastic models as they tend to come apart/crack more frequent than the steel models.
