In the product details and description here at Amazon this product is listed as "Heavy Duty" and I was honestly hoping it would look at least of a medium-duty quality. Upon receipt of mine the sheet metal that its made of actually seems "light duty". And, upon receipt of mine several bends were in the metal, as well as some bad tacking/weld points; or in other words a few spots on mine where one sheet meets another are not flush. It's clear that Cala and/or the people making Lime Box didn't care because the paint is perfect... in other words it was ok'd to sell like this by them.
With all that said, I am hoping that it holds up to use by several employees here at the company I now work for. The rails for the drawers and casters really do seem to be of good quality, and everyone was intrigued simply by the color and quality of the paint and sturdy side-handles. They also include some great lining material for the drawers so that your things don't slide around inside. But I really do feel that just 3 stars is a fair rating of this product based on the one I got.
